- The maximum age limit is given below with the post wise.
- For Project Associate vacancy 40 Years.
- For Junior Research Fellow 35 Years.
- For Field Worker 50 Years.

Application Fee for NBPGR Application
- Nil (There is no application Fee)
NBPGR Educational Qualification
- Principle Project Associate:- Master’s Degree in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/ Life Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology with specialization in bioinformatics from a recognized University or equivalent. Eight years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.
- Project Associate-I/Junior Research Fellow:– Master’s degree in Biotechnology/ Genetics and Plant Breeding /Botany/Life sciences or 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Experience in analyses of biological data.
- Field worker/Scientific administrative assistant:- Graduate degree in any discipline. Experience in agriculture field operations.
Salary to be Offered
- Principle Project Associate:- Rs – 49,000/- PM
- Project Associate-I/Junior Research Fellow:- Rs – 31,000/- PM
- Field worker/Scientific administrative assistant:- Rs – 18,000/- PM
